A passionate hobby led Karen Moore to start creating her designs for family and friends. As more and more people on the streets, at work, in the stores would say, “…love your necklace” or ask, “…where did you get those flip flops” it was an obvious sign for her to start her own business making jewelry and accessories.
So over the years, after making lots and lots of jewelry for friends’ holiday gifts, Flip Flop Flair® for her girlfriends in the Keys, or gemstone wine charms for birthday gifts, in 2008, she began creating her designs under the name ZEN by Karen Moore.
She always says, “I want women to feel extra special when they wear a Karen Moore design”. Her designs are made with true passion; gemstones are carefully chosen and crafted into a true treasure for you. Her style is timeless. One of Karen’s talents is to create pieces of jewelry that can be worn casually with your favorite jeans or easily worn with that sexy black dress.

Karen is drawn to the beauty of things truly organic and from the earth. She grew up in Buffalo, New York and has been blessed with wonderful opportunities that have allowed her to live abroad in Spain and on almost all corners of the United States; Southern California, Florida Keys and Arizona. She draws her designs from her experiences and the beauty of the nature around her.
